Doug is originally from the Dayton area. He served in the United States Army as a track vehicle repairer. He and his wife, Jamie, both enlisted around the same time and served concurrently, an experience that helped shape the disciplined, solutions focused approach he brings to his clients today.

Doug is known for his straightforward, no pressure style. He is especially passionate about working with first time buyers and those who may not think homeownership is within reach. His goal is simple: provide honest guidance and help people make confident decisions.

Outside of real estate, Doug stays active in the community through his involvement with the local American Legion, where he regularly supports Memorial Day events and other veteran focused initiatives. He also volunteers in the motorsports community, helping with High Performance Driver Education events and several car shows.

When he is not working or volunteering, Doug enjoys anything with wheels and a motor, kayaking, hiking, and maintaining his reef aquarium.

Cars! I had a ton of Hot Wheels, and Mico-Machines.

Honestly, I think my biggest accomplishment is that I have never stopped moving forward. Each chapter has been about learning and adapting.

Time travel as a spectator, or just the ability to view any place and time. There are so many things that are unknown, or the truth has been distorted.

Patrick Bet-David. I respect his journey, and I would love to sit down and learn more about the mindset and decisions that shaped his path.

An Octopus! The reef is such a fascinating ecosystem. It would be amazing to be the most intelligent creature there and constantly see and experience it.

I am a true car nut, but I also enjoy traveling to new places, kayaking, hiking, and I keep a reef aquarium.jigsaw puzzles

My brother and I’s Christmas prank war started the year I surprised him with a very realistic homemade certain Christmas character from South Park. It was gross, funny, and it definitely set the tone for every holiday since.

I was given this special tool for working on an old Army tank.

I lived in Germany for 6 years, 3 active duty, and 3 as a civilian. As a result I have been to more Countries across Europe and beyond than I have states in the United States.
